I have posted a review recently about the delay in delivery and lack of information. Once the review was read by the owner, I was contacted immediately and there was a service recovery initiated. Really appreciate the personal intervention which shows how close are they to the business and that the reviews matter.

It has very nice smell and unique, make you feel rich.
The only issue is that longevity is low comparing to the price it last max 6 hours!
