RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return. Returns are free — we provide the return label — and there is no restocking fee.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and unopened, with its seal intact and in the original packaging, together with your receipt or proof of purchase. This condition does not apply to items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect (see below).

How to start a return
Email info@scentlibraryofficial.com with your order number. We will confirm your return and send you a return label with instructions. Please do not send items back before requesting a return, as we are unable to accept them.

You may also return an item in person at our Dubai location, bringing your proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. Report any shortage or damage on the day of delivery via WhatsApp or email at info@scentlibraryofficial.com, including your order number and images of the affected items, and note any discrepancy on the Proof of Delivery document before the courier leaves. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Fragrance products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons
  • 3ml samples and sample sets
  • Personalised items and special orders
  • Gift cards

Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at info@scentlibraryofficial.com.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The quickest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging and with the seal intact, together with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds. If you have not received an approved refund after that period, please contact us at info@scentlibraryofficial.com.
